The Easyboost mounting tool for MBK 51, Peugeot 103, RCX, SPX, SP etc... crankshaft bearings is essential to easily mount bearings on the crankshaft.
The bearing mounting tool is simply used by screwing the special nut onto the crankshaft, then insert the aluminium tube with the screw equipped with a nut, two thick washers and a needle stop. By turning the thrust nut with a flat wrench, the bearing will gradually be placed on the crankshaft until it reaches the stop.
It will then be sufficient to heat the bearing housing in the housing using a thermal scraper or a welding lamp, to use the crankshaft equipped with its 2 mounted bearings, then to place everything in the housings.
Delivered with instructions in French and :
- 1 nut M10x1.0
- 1 double nut M10x1.0/M11x1.0 left-hand thread
- 1 double nut M10x1.0/M11x1.0 right-hand thread
